Yes, we can source a particular used car for you. We have over 100 used cars in stock, so depending on wants and needs, we can help you find the perfect car for you. If you have a specific vehicle in mind, please let us know and we will contact you when one is available.

Will you still be regulated by the FCA

Yes, PDH Motor Group is a limited company and is fully compliant with all of the regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We take our responsibilities to our customers very seriously and ensure that all of our financial services are regulated and compliant with the FCA.

If you are not able to sell a new Fiat can you recommend a dealer who can

Unfortunately, we feel that we cannot recommend a dealer who sells new Fiat cars as the cost is too high for these cars. This is one of the main reasons for us choosing not to renew our franchise agreemeent. However, we do recommend looking into nearly new Fiat cars as they offer great value for money.

Does this mean you are going to sell all makes

Yes, PDH Motor Group is a car dealership in Hassocks that has been selling good value vehicles since 1975. We specialise in Fiats, but we also sell all makes of vehicles that people want to buy. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help you find the perfect car for your needs.

What are we going to be using as loan cars? Will we still have loan cars?

What is going to be in the showroom vehicle wise?

How do I look up the equiveleant of a ESIGI print when we no longer have ESIgi?

At PDH Motor Group, we understand that the ESIgi system is no longer available. We have subscribed to a similar system that will provide the same level of service as before. Our team has received training on this new system and will be able to provide you with the same level of service as before. How do I quote on a service for a non branded car?

At PDH Motor Group, we are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. We have recently implemented a new pricing software that allows us to provide accurate quotes for all makes and models of cars. Our team is also trained in the use of this software, so you can be sure that you will receive an accurate quote for your non-branded car. Will we be able to reset service lights on all makes and models of car?

Yes, we will be able to reset service lights on most if not all makes and models of car. We have invested in the necessary equipment and software to do this.

Will we still be accommodating Motability but not lease cars?

Yes, we are still accommodating Motability, however we are not able to fulfil lease car work. If you a motability customer we will take your details and booking needs and get back to you with the earliest possible date when we can accommodate you.

How do I know different service intervals, what platform to use?

At PDH Motor Group, we use a subscription-based system to ensure that all of our service intervals are up-to-date and accurate. We provide training to our staff on this system, so they can provide you with the best advice and service for your vehicle. If you have any questions about the service intervals for your vehicle, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you earn commission on finance?

Yes, we do earn a small commission in line with the Financial Conduct Authority regulations.

When is my first payment taken?

Which finance providers do you work with?

Can I settle early and is there a charge?

Yes, you can settle early on your finance agreement with PDH Motor Group. Depending on the individual agreement and the amount of time left on the agreement, there may be a fee associated with an early settlement. I have poor credit can I still arrange finance?

Can I buy my next new car from you?

Do you accept service plans?

No, PDH Motor Group does not accept service plans. However our manufacturer trained technicians are able to service and maintain your vehicle using genuine parts

Can you carry out warranty work?

No, we are unable to carry out repairs under the manufacturer’s new car warranty. We are not authorised to perform warranty work on vehicles covered by the manufacturer’s new car warranty.

Can you still service my car?

Yes, PDH Motor Group can service all makes and models at a fixed price. Our experienced technicians are highly trained and use the latest diagnostic equipment to ensure your car is serviced to the highest standard. We also offer a range of additional services such as MOTs, repairs and parts replacements.

What difference will this make to me?

As far as our customers are concerned there is very little difference, apart from taking advantage of lower prices, great service, genuine parts, servicing, repairs, MOTs and deals on car sales. Will I still get a courtesy car?

Are your mechanics manufacturer trained?

Does this mean you will become a back street dealer?

Why didn’t you tell me before?

If everything is the same, why are you not having the franchise?

Without the manufacturer’s franchise, PDH Motor Group is an independent car dealership. This means that we are able to save money on servicing and repairs, as we are not bound by the rising franchise costs.

Can you carry out recalls?

No, PDH Motor Group does not carry out recalls. Recalls must be carried out at a main dealer.

Will my service / repairs be guaranteed?

Yes, all repairs at PDH Motor Group are carried out using genuine parts and are guaranteed for 12 months.

How do I know if I’m eligible to apply for finance?

You are eligible to apply for finance if; you are aged 18 or over, have an annual income that comfortably covers your monthly payments, have a current bank or building society account in the UK and you are free of bankruptcy.

How often should you service your car?

How often you should service your car really depends on your annual mileage and the manufacturer’s recommendation. Most cars should be booked in for a service once every 12 months, or every 9,000 to 12,000 miles. At PDH Cars, we recommend you follow the manufacturer’s guideline servicing schedule to get the most from your car, but we understand that every customer’s needs are different. However often you choose to bring your vehicle in for a check up, at PDH we make servicing your car as little hassle for you as possible, with 5-star service every step of the way.
